Service Instructions |
- Total number of slides in your file(s)
Enter the number of slides in all your files. For example:
You have a PowerPoint file with 15 slides, a PowerPoint file
with 20 slides and 3 JPG files your would enter 38.
- Standard service or rush
Standard service is available each day (Monday-Friday) for
order placed before 2:00pm eastern time. Keep in mind your file
upload time, we must have your file on our server by 2:30pm
eastern time. Rush service is available for orders placed after
2:00pm eastern time requiring same day shipping. You must call
us at 800-238-4189 to check availability of rush service. While
we can usually accommodate rush orders, we must work within the
FedEx service schedule.
- Slide mount
The Pakon slide mount is a high quality, pin-registered
plastic slide mount. These mounts will fit Kodak 140 trays are
are the best choice for most applications. Wess glass mounts are
simply the best slide mount made. The glass protects the slide
film for long life under heavy use. The Wess mounts only fit in
Kodak 80 trays. Order for Wess mounts over 50 slides may require
an extra day.
- Additional copies
Save up to 66% when you order additional copies of your
complete slide set with your original set. The copies are imaged
on the film recorder with your originals so they are not just
copies but are additional originals. If you do not need a
complete set of additional slides, order additional copies in
the options section after
ordering your originals.
- Saturday rush service
In a bind and need slides for an important presentation
Monday morning. Perhaps we can help. Order your slides by
11:00am eastern time Saturday morning and your slides will
arrive either Sunday or Monday based on the shipping option you
select on the order form. You must call
to confirm availability of this service.
- Duplicate slide
Our high quality duplicate slides are a great way to hold
down your costs when your need a large number of copies.
Duplicate slides are made through a photographic process which
allows for a large quantity of slides to be made quickly and inexpensively.
The service time for under 100 duplicates is one day. 100-199
duplicated require two days If you need more than 199 duplicate
slides please give us a call at 800-238-4189 for special pricing
and service times. The typical service time 4000-5000 duplicate
slides is 1 week.

services ordered. If a quantity is incorrect, enter the
correct quantity and then click the recalculate button. If you
need to order additional slide copies or duplicate slide click
the "continue shopping" link. When done click on

file information on the bottom regarding your presentation
files. Click "continue" when done. Next a review
page will display. Double check the information. If any
corrections are needed click your back button on your browser
tool bar. Otherwise click on "submit secure
order".

display at this point. If you need to upload your file click
on the link to send your file. Otherwise click on the continue

Upload
Your File |
| Our system allows you to
upload your file directly from your computer to our server.
This is a much more reliable method than email attachments and
will permit you to upload a file as large as 50MB. Please be
aware, if you are using a modem during the afternoon hours
your ISP may timeout thus canceling your upload.
All instruction for uploading your file(s) are on the
upload page. If you need to send files totally more than 50MB
you will need to send them via ftp to our ftp server. On the
upload page is a link for this option. If you have any
